How to order, track, or cancel online

Once you've completed your shopping and paid for your items, your Account will allow you to track or cancel your order, subject to our terms. See below for details of our returns policy.

What are the payment options?

What is your return policy?

Returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will have received a returns form with your order. Please fill out this form and return with your item/s to the following address:

You can return all unworn purchases up to 14 days after they have been delivered. For hygiene reasons headwear is non-returnable. We do advise returning orders to us via a tracked and signed for service, as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged before they reach us. Once we receive your return, we will assess the goods and your refund will be credited to the original method of payment (within 3–5 working days) or exchanged, depending on available stock.

Where do you ship orders?

We regret that we can only currently ship to mainland UK (this includes England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland). We use Royal Mail Tracked 48® for all parcels. Should you like us to send your order via Next Day Delivery please contact us directly.


Is the FieldFlex® Forge Jacket a tested protective garment?

The FieldFlex® Forge Jacket is not sold as a protective garment. The treatment applied to the outer fabric meets EN11612 standards for flame retardant protection and for the purposes of this garment has been selected to make the FieldFlex® Forge Jacket more durable in the event of a flame coming into contact with the outer shell. In such an event, the fabric will change composition, but not catch alight. No other materials used in the construction of the FieldFlex® Forge Jacket are FR rated which means it cannot be tested for complete flame safety. The flame-retardant treatment applied will withstand up to 50 washes.
